A Flamazing Retreat
Quilting with My Besties
February 17-19, 2024
Wingate Hotel, 3055 Presidential Drive, Fairborn, OH

We had an incredible turnout at the guild meeting in October for the first day of registration. We are sold out! There is a waiting list and if you wish to be added to the list, please let us know. More information about what to pack/ bring to the retreat will be posted shortly. Food sign-ups for those interested in having food brought in (optional) will take place in November. Can't wait til February!

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
You must pay your retreat balance and guild member dues in full by the January meeting. If plans change and you cannot attend, you have until the January guild meeting to cancel. After the January 9 meeting up to two weeks prior to the retreat date, no refunds can be issued unless we are able to fill your spot with someone from the waiting list. Absolutely no refunds after February 2, 2024.
