Nominations for officers on the MVQG Board
    Deadline to submit nominations:  Friday, October 16, 2020

    It's that time of year again to nominate officers to serve on the Miami Valley Quilters' Guild Board. Even though we haven't been able to meet as a group, the Board continues to handle the Guild's administrative functions. Go to the By-laws to review responsibilities for each position (page 3-4) or to review election procedures (page 6). If you have any questions or concerns, please send us an email (click on the email icon below) and we will have someone contact you immediately.
    We are requesting nominations for each of the following positions.  If you know of members who might be interested, please submit their names by completing the form below. The Board will review all submissions and contact nominees to see if they are willing to be placed on the ballot.  Election ballots will be sent via email to all guild members on October 23.  Thanks for your input and we hope we can meet as a group again soon.
